A drap mold bowl I made in 9th grade! ooh such an interesting and well thought out comment!
And with that comment...(graciously supplied by my friend Abitmadinthehead who was helping me submit my FIRST deviation) I wanted to talk a little about what I was thinking about when I made the piece. First, I based it off of the Salvador Dali melting clocks picture. Then, I started thinking about time and how it keeps moving no matter what and you can never get it back so the bowl basically represented unattainable time. If you can see it, all of the little clocks show 13 o'clock on them in different clock faces which is not a possible time so thus it is unattainable. Anyway, I hope you like it and more deviations should be on their way! PS the sun and the moon are there just because I thought they would be cool and they do symbolize the passing of time.
Brilliant my friend! Gld to see you finally here. It fills me with warm fuzziness! Brilliant description too it was a nice added touch to my genius comment! just kidding - it was really well thought out! I just love an artistic piece with deep meaning! Makes it all the better!!!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
This news article features five deviants who took part in Comment Month through commenting on the deviations that were submitted.
Please give your time to this article and to write constructive comments so that you make a true difference to the artists featured here. Although not all may be underappreciated, their efforts deserve to be recognised and celebrated.
